Sometimes, you find a breakthrough when you stop looking in the same place as everyone else.

Throughout my career, spanning almost 40 years if I count both paths, I’ve tried to help people see things differently. I’ve worked with all kinds of people - clients, teams, executives, designers, technologists, educators, and organizations on many different problems. The situations were always changing, but one thing stayed the same. I always hoped someone would pause, look at what was in front of them, and say, “Wait. I hadn’t thought about it that way.” That lightbulb moment of clarity and understanding is a joy to witness and I’ve led clients to it around the world.
